Our favorite Scorpion King has been tapped to be the new Hercules. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has been enjoying the success of films like FAST FIVE, JOURNEY 2 and the upcoming GI JOE: RETALIATION.

While the Rock may be a good choice for MGM’s new film, I have to wonder about the choice of Brett Ratner as the director?

At any rate, look out Kevin Sorbo, there is a new Hercules in town.
