Well, I am now looking for a new light-weight OS for an old machine. After a brief dust-up with one of the Peppermint Devs, I've decided that I will take his advice and move on to another Linux distribution.
I think that I will give the Manjaro LXQT community build a try. It looks absolutely beautiful and it may be just the thing for an old computer. Of course, I will let you know how things work out.
