Basically, in an effort to add diversity to comic-books, Marvel has decided to change Iron Man into --- well Irongirl.  Captain America will be black and Thor will be a woman. Why the changes? Because originally is hard.

It's hard to create a successful superhero so Marvel will just change a successful character. How long will it last? Well, it's a business so we will determine how long this politically correct diversity lasts.
