TGIF

 Another week shot to hell. A dear friend lost her sister today and I feel her loss though I didn't know her sister. I am at that awkward stage of my life when life seems to take away more than it gives. Most of my family who were of the generation before me are gone now and many of my generation are gone. I should be grateful for the day but sometimes I feel spiteful.

The Summer rain held off just long enough to mow the front yard and I can hear the rumble of thunder in the distance. That sound doesn't mean that I will get rain, it just means that I live in Florida. I am so tired this week has really beaten me down.

I've been watching at lot of anime. My current binge is Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. The poor fellow was harassed to the point that he became a shut it. Eventually, he was kicked out of his home and died in a accident. He was reincarnated in a Fantasy Sword-and-Sorcery world. I am really enjoying it.
