I guess the real question --- is that Star Trek?
I've got to say that I really don't like J.J. Abrams Star war'ish pseudo-Trek. Whatever he has created, it just isn't Star Trek. I hope the new series starting in 2017 can erase this Trek and we can pretend that it never happened...
